Extrusion Features
Extrusion profile is the one commonly used process in different industrial areas by simple production and reasonable cost characteristic. It’s the first choice for heat sink design.
Extrusion Ratio
- Definition: It is the maximum ratio for the fin height compare to the fin root gap on the extrusion tooling.
- Extrusion ratio is the most important parameter in extrusion tooling development. The big ratio number means the complexity of the tool, but not to be out of 20.
The diagonal length of the extrusion section
- The diagonal length is decided the difficulty of the tooling, and the Ton of the extrusion machine. At present, Everylucky has long-term cooperated with suppliers in the Pearl River Delta region which can reach 9000 tons.
- At the beginning of our original design, we must try to shorten the diagonal length to reduce the extrusion machine tons; increasing with the machine tons, the unit extrusion weight of cost will be higher.
